I think some of the color theories work for other types of drawing, but when black people appear as comic characters it makes more interesting ma job. I like using lots of black and browns when I write and color Harumm Scarumm stuff, because they make colors pop even more, and the result to me looks MORE colorful than if I'd only used candy colors alone.
